Where in the Bible does it tell us angels sing?

Was challenged in a meeting that there is no where in the bible that says angels sing. He says it says that the heavenly hosts sing but angels do not. What is the difference?

Heavenly hosts means armies of angels. What does he think the hosts are–spiritual robots?
