Where in the Bible is this Gospel acclamation?

Where does today’s (12/7/15, Memorial of Saint Ambrose, Bishop and Doctor of the Church) gospel acclimation come from? There is no scripture reference listed.
 
It is not a quote from a singular passage of the Scriptures, it is a combination of several verses.

Behold the king will come (Zechariah 9:9), the Lord of the earth (Isaiah 54:5), and he himself will lift the yoke of our captivity (Isaiah 10:27).
