Where is a good grad poli-sci program over seas?

I teach special ed in Alaska and would like to go over seas to teach. I started my grad work at Univ. of Dallas but do not want to live in Dallas again. U of D was great! That is why I am writing on this forum.

I’m not picky about where I go, just want to start researching grad schools. I would like something with a pro-west bend to it, tired of the Marxism being taught these days, it’s a waste of my time.
