where is god

[Vim71]

Our Father who art in Heaven, hallowed be thy name.
Thy kingdom come, thy will be done on Earth as it is in Heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil.
Amen.

Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee.
Blessed are you among women, and blessed is the fruit of your womb Jesus.
Holy Mary, Mother of God, pray for us sinners, now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.

Glory Be to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit.
As it was in the beginning is now ever shall be world without end
Amen.

Remember, O most gracious Virgin Mary, that never was it known that anyone who fled to thy protection, implored thy help, or sought thy intercession, was left unaided.
Inspired by this confidence, I fly unto thee, O Virgin of virgins, my Mother. To thee do I come, before thee I stand, sinful and sorrowful. O Mother of the Word Incarnate, despise not my petitions, but in thy mercy, hear and answer me. Amen

Praying for you. I am widowed too. Passed my 3 year widow-versary in June. The one year anniversary and the exhausting fatigue of just getting through that year of firsts, all the changes, the pain of loss- all of it makes the second year look insurmountable at a time when one has been grieving for a whole year. There will be ups and downs, and much soul searching, but God is there. He is right in front of you, leading you. You cannot see the path because you are under the shadow of the cross. Step by step, He is leading you. I wish I could be your light right now, to be a little candle in your time of darkness and shine bright enough to show you that truly God loves you and is with you. When we carry the cross with Jesus, it seems we go into the darkness, step by step, alone and in the dark- but in truth, we have never been so close to Him, for He is leading the way and carrying the heaviest portion of the cross upon His own shoulders. He loves you! This is a time of trust and faith and truly it may seem hard to believe for you right now, but it is a time for you of great love from God. Some days all I could do was to think upon this image and say to Jesus- “Wither are we going today Lord? Wither are we going?” Thy perfect will be done." Most days all I could do was ask Him to place me in His Heart, and just rest there from the sheer exhaustion and suffering. Please know that you are not alone. I hope my prayers for you tonight will bring you some light and comfort. All crosses are born much easier with the help of a friend.

This Bible verse has helped me much in times of suffering, anxiety, and darkness:

Who then shall separate us from the love of Christ? Shall tribulation? or distress? or famine? or nakedness? or danger? or persecution? or the sword?..
In all these things we overcome, because of him that hath loved us. For I am sure that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come, nor might, nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

God bless you. May He bring you much consolation and healing.
