Where is incense used in EF?

Can anyone here please point me to an authoritative on-line reference that explains where incense is used in the different variants of the EF Mass? Thanks
 
Incense is used during the procession, at the Kyrie, the Gospel, the Offertory, the Consecration and the Recessional.
After the first incensation and Gospel the priest (or bishop) celebrant is incensed by the deacon or MC with three doubles which is the highest honor given to God in the form of priest.
After the incensation of gifts, crucifix and altar, the priest is incensed followed by the subdeacon and if any prelates and clergy in choir. The deacon then hands the thurible to the thurifer. The thurifer then incenses the deacon, MC, servers and lastly the congregation.
During the Canon the thurifer imposes incense, kneels at the epistle side of the altar with thurible. He does three sets of double swings at each elevation. (2 swings at the first genuflection, 2 swings at the elevation and 2 swings at the second genuflection).

The above is only for the High Mass and Pontifical High Mass and not for the Low Mass/Missa Cantata?

What do you mean “imposes incense?” Is that another way of saying he charges the thurible with incense rather than having the celebrant do it with the help of a deacon? Thanks again.
 
In a Missa Cantata (Low Mass w/ music and incense) the MC substitutes deacon when he incenses the celebrant. While the priest is at the altar praying the Canon the thurifer imposes (places) incense in the thurible for the consecration. At the epiklesis (when the priest raises his hands over the chalice/host/ciborium and A1 rings the bell) the thurifer enters the sanctuary and kneels at the lowest step of the altar.

Do you happen to know of an on-line reference? The on-line Missales I have been looking at first mention incensing at the offertory…thanks.
 
Sorry I don’t have an on-line reference most of what I know is from what I see when I serve the EF Mass.
 
The general rubrics for the 1962 missal are those promulgated by Blessed John XXIII in 1960, *Rubricae generales *et Rubricae generales Missalis romani. Rubric 426 states:
  1. The incensations which must be done in a solemn Mass may also be done in all sung Masses.
