I have many protestant friends who still have problems understanding the Catholic view of our Blessed Mother. I have clarified the part that we “honor” Mary, not adore her. I have asked this question before; however, I have never received a clear answer. Paul says, “that no one is without sin and has fallen short, etc.”. Most protestants want to know “where in Scripture” do you find that Mary has never known sin. (not just Gabrielle’s saying…“highly favored”…Please, no references to get books, etc. (sorry) …please just tell me where in Scripture I might find this. Protestant’s have a very deep devotion to the Sacred Scripture and not so much by “tradition”.
