Where is the Immaculate Conception in the Bible?

Hello, My name is Jane Frances, I have a friend Who isApoltolic and does not believe in the Immaculate Conception.as the birth of our Blessed Mother can you show me in the bibe where to show her the truth of this because if its not in the Bible she won’t believe me. thanks
