Where to Ask for Mass Said for Souls in Purgatory?

For my penance, my priest said that I should request a mass said for the souls in purgatory. How do I do this? Do you know if there is any place I can request a mass to be said for the souls in purgatory? I am a new Catholic.

You only need to call a local Catholic parish and ask if you can book a Mass for the intention of the souls in Purgatory.
