Where to learn about the EF?

I went to my 1st EF Mass (well 1st in 50+ years).
I wish I had tried to learn more before I went, but is there a book or DVD that explains the different vestments, gestures, prayers, opening and cloing the gate of the altar rail at different times,&c?

My wife bought a book called Treasure and Tradition: The Ultimate Guide to the Latin Mass by Lisa Bergman. It is a picture book explaining a lot of the basics. It is the kind of book that would also make a good coffee table book when you’re done reading it.

There is something to be said about an EF Mass. Hopefully, we will get back to the days of an EF Mass again. .

I believe the best place to get some material is from the FSSP website. Go to their store and they have a bunch of material.** Edited by modeator**
