Where to learn Ecclesiastical Latin

I feel no greater place could be offered other than that place which offers ecclesiastical Latin firsthand: the Latin liturgies of the Catholic Church.

Ecclesiastical Latin is just Latin pronounced like modern-day (Roman) Italian.
 
Contact your diocesan seminary and enroll in a Latin class. They will be more than happy to take your money.

Roman Catholic Books publishes a very handy volume with Latin and facing translations in English. It contains the whole text of the 1962 Tridentine liturgy.
