Where to start with Aristotle?

I’m in the UK, so our options here are a bit different. But I did take a couple of course a few years ago via distance learning at Holy Apostles Seminary & College in the US. The courses were excellent. You will get a thorough and reliable reading in Aristotle there.

I actually started reading Aristotle with his Physics two days ago. Only half way through it now, taking it slowly as I want to get a gist of his way of thinking and style. The first book was a bit of a bumpy read, but it is to be expected I guess, when delving into an unknown philosopher. But the following books have been fairly clear and so too the first after reading again some relevant bits (I am taking notes coping parts that interest me into a separate document, for later reference).

Really enjoying it so far. Liking a lot his approach to the various subjects and questions he deals with, how he considers counter arguments and different possibilities. Also his regard for the achievements and theories of previous thinkers.
