Which Church's are in communion with the Holy See?

Also, another question, is the Coptic Orthodox Church of Alexandria in Communion with Rome? I hear they have a Pope

No. The Coptic Orthodox are not in communion with Rome and have not been since the Council of Chalcedon in 451 AD.

The Coptic Catholic Church is in communion with Rome. Those in the Coptic Catholic Church came back into communion with Rome from the Coptic Orthodox Church in the 1700s.
 
I hear they have a Pope
Since pope really means “father”, it is just a term that various eastern churches use for their highest priest the patriarch, and has nothing to do with the Bishop of Rome.
