The recent thread on lenten fasts made me wonder: Which communion fast do people practice who attend the Traditional Latin Mass?

I fast from midnight. But, I always do that on Sunday mornings regardless of the Mass I am attending.

For daily Masses, TLM or NO, it is always at least an hour - but is probably more often over 3 hours.

I have a cup of tea before I go, but apart from that I don’t have anything. Given the time it takes me to get there, I think that’s three hours.

I do at least a 3 hour fast, whether going to TLM or NO. I usually go to late afternoon or evening Masses, and I never go to a Mass that is very early in the morning. If I go to TLM, it is at noon on Sunday. If I go to NO, it is either at 4 pm on Sat. or 10 am on Sun. Mass during the week that I go to is only in the evening.
