I know that Methodists celebrate advent too. I’m pretty sure that Disciples of Christ and United Church of Christ do as well.

Sorry, I wrote a long epistle about advent but it got lost. Oh well. 
I think most Christian denominations do in a way. We practising (Catholics) do it in a liturgical and spiritual way. It is a beautiful season and teaches us to keep our heads on the ground and remember to look forward to the celebration of the birth of Jesus. It is not as rigrous as Lent but, followed well, it gives us the true sense of anticipation that Mary and Joseph felt. We then come to Christmas with the joy of the angels and shepherds.
