Which makes more sense, Christianity or Islam?

Most muslims ive met dont seem to believe Jesus founded Christianity, but that his followers elevated him to the status of a god after someone took his place on the cross.

Also, using military victories as a way to measure a religion is ridiculous. By the same token one could ask why Christianity lost the battles to control the middle east, north africa, the balkans, and spain? even with the reconquesta and the collapse of the Ottoman empire the traditional cradle of Christianity in the near east is predominately muslim.

Trying to say “My god is real and yours isnt because people of my religion have managed to defeat people of yours o several occasions” is just absurd.
You are wrong. Islam has to win battles because that is how they mostly spread their religion. And if spreading religion by sword is spoken in their Quran than God must help muslims conquer the whole world. It doesn’t work like that with Christians. We are the spreaders of peace. And God in Christianity doesn’t pick sides. He loves us all equally. That is how i understand it. It doesn’t matter if you are muslim, Christian, hindu, we can all reach salvation, but more clearly knowing the path, to know where you step on that path to heaven, well its easier to go to heaven if you are Christian. 😃

The debate is going on and on and ironically believers of Islam and Christianity are deciding which of the two religons make sense.
Brothers its not you to decide coz you’ll never agree to each other here.
I HAVE AN IMPLICATION THAT “ISLAM IS SPREADING MORE IN MORE CIVILIZED DEVELOPED COUNTRIES LIKE THOSE OF EUROPE AND AMERICA, AND CHRISTIANITY IS SPREADING MORE IN LESS CIVILIZED UNDER/DEVELOPING COUNTRIES.SO THE MOST EDUCATED PEOPLE’S ACCEPTACE, TO ME, SUGGEST ISLAM IS MAKING MORE SENSE DESPITE ALL THE TERRORISM AND FUNDAMENTALISM ACCUSATIONS.”
Thanking you in anticipation for coments about my proposition.
You are wrong here. Islam is not “spreading” in the Western or civilized as you call it the way you think. Yes there are more muslims every year in the western world. Two most important reasons are immigration and high birth rate. The third is conversion. But if you look at some conversion on youtube for example, you will see that most “civilized” people are converting because they don’t know what Christianity is. I watched on youtube and i see in real life that many if not MOST Christians believe that Jesus is not God but someone send by God. So in their mistake, they convert to Islam, probably because they believe that it is only logical that Islam is a succesor to Christianity, since according to their false belief Jesus was sent by God and Islam teaches the same. And there is not alot of these so called conversions. Show me a true Christian apologetics, scholars who in the present time converted to Islam. While in the middle east and North Africa where Islam is mostly established, people who convert to Christianity are persecuted. If Middle East and North Africa would have the same laws as the secular west there would probably be ALOT more Christians there.
