Which Mysteries of the Rosary can you pray during lent?

I’ve been challenging myself to say all 20 mysteries of the rosary daily. You know, Joyful, Luminous, Sorrowful, and Glorious. To be honest I think it’s quite manageable! I have found versions of each online (Father Patrick Rosaries) and I play them on my phone and pray along while I do housework. It really only takes a little over an hour. Anyway, I heard a long time ago, that it was recommended to only say the Sorrowful mysteries during lent as opposed to the others. This throws a bit of a wrench in the prayer plans haha. Has anyone heard this before? May I say all of the mysteries or is it better to only say the sorrowful during this time?

Offer whichever mysteries you like. The rosary is a private devotion. Say it however is helpful for you.
