as far as charting and good information. I am starting to read about NFP or the FAM. Anything that doesn’t use barries or chemicals. When I usually go to the book store I get this look::ehh:

So Far I bought.
Taking charge of Your Fertility… by Toni Weschler

The Good News About Sex and Marriage… by Christopher West.

Are there any others that anyone could recommend?

Thank You,

Carjack

I liked “Fertility, Cycles, and Nutrition” by Marilyn Shannon. It described how changing your eating habits could make your signs more clear so as to make it easier to chart. It was all “doable” if I recall, and the book is not too long.

The Art of Natural Family Planning is the one that my priest gave to us… It is very informative. Good luck!

Yes, this is a very commonly recommended book. Couple to Couple League sells it (written by the Kippleys). You can purchase it from several different places online (as part of a class/home study with CCL, ebay, amazon, etc). Good luck! 🙂
