Which NON-Catholics do you listen to?

Are there any non-Catholic ministers, speakers, orators that speak about religion that you listen to? :confused:

Which are they? Why do you listen to them?

I believe that we can all agree that every one can have something good to offer.

Two that I can think of that I like:

Billy Graham. I have pretty much always liked him. While I didn’t always understand what he was saying (I listened a lot more when I was a child), I always felt that what he had to say was positive, and in no way offensive to my beliefs. 👍

Kenneth Copeland, of Believer’s Voice. I started listening to his half hour show a few months ago. It was just a time when my hands were too busy to hit the remote, but I liked what I heard. He is like Graham and positive. He doesn’t try to spread a “Health and Wealth” ideology like some others. 👍

I thought Kenneth Copeland was “Health and Wealth”?

Billy Graham isn’t though.

Not from what I’ve heard. :confused:

If I’m wrong, I stand corrected. Still, his overall message I can take. :o

He doesn’t make me run screaming from the room. :eek:
 
The crazy ones on TBN. Especially the lady with purple hair. Yes, that was just a joke.😃
 
I used to listen to a couple syndicated protestant radio preachers on my way to work but that was several years ago. But no matter what, there would always come a time when they just would speak about issues anti-catholic. It cannot be helped.

When I worked in the evenings I would listen to Hank Hanegraaff aka: The Bible Answer Man (I referred to him as Hank Pantywad). He was always hysterically funny in his rabid anti-Catholicism. Several times callers would take him to task for misstating the Catholic position on all sorts of scriptural passages. He would hang up on them and tirade and I would laugh at him.

I’m pretty much over that now. Thank God. So I just don’t tune in any more. I believe it’s much better for my soul that way.
 
I like JD Jake. The most memorable sermon I heard from him was titled “What did Adam and Eve eat?” He spoke of the distortion, the lie accepted by our first parents. Everything he said fit well with John Paul II and his book Theology of the Body. By eating of the fruit, Adam and Eve accepted Satan’s lie concerning who we are and what we are, created in the image of God.

Actually Kenneth Copeland does preach a health and welfare message. Billy Graham preaches a message of repentance and acceptance of Christ’s salvation.

Wow. I didn’t know he was like that. I recently read a book he wrote dealing with the whole idea of the rapture and he took some of the end times peddlers to task for using the rcc as the whore of babylon nonsense. I even met him and he never said anything like that. That surprises me. Too bad.
 
I enjoy reading TD Jakes, Billy Graham, Ulf Ekman, and a couple of others. I greatly enjoy Jesse Duplantis, who’s a Catholic turned Pentecostal turned drug abuser and alcoholic turned man of God.

I have tried, on occasion, to listen to TBN, but turn it off after a few minutes. Maybe I am too close-minded, but I stick with Catholics rather than non-Catholics.

Haven’t you seen that he want to pull support from Isreal and turn it into a landing zone for Iran to load nuclear waste to be burried in Crawford, Texas?
