I am not sure where that is from. This is the one I use

It was cheap and the only one I could afford at the time. I’ve seen complaints about it being post Vatican II but I still like it.
 
The Baronius press version is the one sold by the FSSP publications services. I have it along with the other that the OP posted. I like the older version better.

Are you familiar with the Divine Office? I currently pray the Divine Office, but recently I’ve been considering switching over to the Little Office, I like how its more in a traditional format the current Office. Which you recommend buying the Little Office?

I pray the Little Office. I find it is better suited to a lay person than the Divine Office (in terms of time required and ease of use) and traditionally was prayed by laity. I have the Baronius edition, which I like because I often pray it in Latin. I think if I were just praying in English, I would print out the pdf at the link you gave.
