Which scriptural passage is the literal ( historically accurate) narrative?

Genesis cannot be taken literally/historically and it was never the intention of the sacred writers to write in that manner.

The Bible contains accurate historical accounts in many places, but the Bible is more about historical portraits, influenced by culture, the writers individual style, and many other factors all within limited human language. But none of this takes away from the truths that God reveals in the Bible, which can only be understood in the light of Tradition, explained by the Magisterium who is guided by the Holy Spirit.
 
This poll should have multiple selection because all of the accounts are true in some way.
