Which religion has the monopoly on teaching humility?

Prompted by posts on another (“Does religion really have a monopoly on humility?”), I agree with one of the comment of a poster that it is interesting idea to explore so I’d like to pose a more specific question: ***Which *religion has the monopoly on teaching humility?

Or do you think that Protestantism, Roman Catholicism, Islam, Hinduism, native Aboriginal religions, Bahai, Buddhism etc. etc.are all equally good sources for teachings on humility and that they all bring about the same results in people, as far as humility goes?

Please define “Humility” and “Prideful Selfishness” first.

Humility is a delicate balance of knowing that one is utterly dependent on God’s love, yet has infinite value and dignity as a human being.

The prideful fail to value the dignity of other human persons other than themselves.

Based on this definition (admittedly a little slanted ), I’d have to say that only Catholicism has the tools to truly introduce one to our Lord, and to stress one’s value in the eyes of God. Only the Catholic Church teaches that our Lord died for love of us, and remains with us through the Most Holy Eucharist, and the Magesterium of the Catholic Church!
