Which Vatican II doc talks about pastors providing holy play of worship?

Which Vatican II doc talks about pastors providing holy play of worship? I remember there being an excerpt something to the effect that the pastor should provide a holy place of worship that should conform to certain criteria…i.e. the physical church should facilitate good worship…provide Eucharistic Adoration, etc…
 
“Holy Play”? I do not get your meaning. I have read all the VII documents and do not recall anything about “play”.
 
For a minute I thought you were going to talk about liturgical drama and HIldegard von Bingen or something.

I think it’s a typo carried over into title - do you mean place? As in location?

Oh! :rotfl: Sorry about that. I was confused because you said it twice. Sorry. I did not mean to embarrass you.

Eucharistic adoration is encouraged in V-II. The architectural changes that resulted after the council were not even mentioned in the documents. That include moving the Tabernacle. In fact Redemtorus Sacramentum clarified many of these (in some cases) gross violations.

The church it self is a holy place. While in some communities it is necessary to lock the church, others are still able to leave their doors open or provide an electronic key-code access. Fortunately, I have a parish near me that has a perpetual Adoration chapel that has an external electronic combination lock. The combination is published in the bulletin.

This is all supported by the V-II documents.
