I’m not sure since such a word would be heretical. We physically receive and digest the Eucharist the same as other food, so it does pass through our system.

Food with that property might be called incorruptible.

However, as Deo Gratias42 wrote, the physical substance of host is meant to be chewed, digested, and… um, … all the rest.

It nourishes our bodies and our souls, it is completely consumed, used up, absorbed by our bodies…not one particle goes to waste.
