While in Adoration

Several weeks ago I went to Adoration and I asked Him what I should do. The thought came to me Read the scripture. A few days earlier I had just started to read Romans, so I picked up my little pocket new testament and started reading. Then I started underlining, next I was back re reading etc, now almost every time I go back to Adoration I am back with my new friend Romans.

Please take a few minutes for yourself and read Romans, it is not very long, and many of you may resonate with this wonderful letter of St Paul. Come back and tell me about it. I will be happy if one of you feels like I do.

I’ll read it. I haven’t read much of the Acts of the Apostles (bad I know) and its about time. Will do and then will return with thoughts. Cheers! 🤓
 
I did start Romans, but didn’t finish it. I found it very powerful and felt Paul was speaking through his experience with the risen Jesus and the Holy Spirit. I’m still reading… 🙂
 
Do take your time, get out your pen/pencil or outliner, makes it much easier to go back and study. I have spent many hours with is so far and learn new things each time.
