Who are Jesus' brothers and sisters?

I will like to know more about the Brothers and Sisters of the Lord. Did the Blessed Virgin Mary has other children apart from Jesus Christ? There are stories in the bible stating that the Mother, brothers and Sisters of our Lord came looking for him when he was preaching to the crowd.I don’t understand exactly what this means. Please I need answers!
