but the bible was written in aramaic (christ language ) ,what about herbew? (from which greek one was made )🙂
even in both case , its an insult to call someone dog ,small or big

The New Testament was written in Greek, with the possible exceptions of a couple of books that might originally have been written in other languages.

Jesus spoke in Aramaic, but He likely could speak other languages–especially Greek, as it was the “common language” at the time (not to mention that He could speak whatever He pleased by virtue of Who He is.)

I am not entirely sure what your problem with the passage is. As someone has pointed out, Jesus’ ministry on earth was firstly to the Jews, as He is the Messiah. He makes that pretty clear, although He also makes it clear that He has other sheep in other flocks, which includes everyone.

Rather than concentrate on one verse that you are bent on taking as an insult, why not read the whole New Testament? Picking out a verse here and a verse there is not productive.
 
At any rate, I’d rather be called a dog than have my head cut off.

good you did so , you confesses but why didnt christ treated ppl with justice ,why he dont treat them good? is that the right way to preach in bible?🙂
 
why do you care how the bible is preached if you dont believe the bible is accurate?
 
i’d say he treated me pretty good in so much as while i was still a sinner he died for me. only now do i realize the depravity of my once dog state. now i am being transformed into the child of God (Christ-like) i was created to be (that i may accomplish the good work planned for me from the beginning of all time)

lets see you dont understand what is being told to you here, you claim that your interpretation is a correct one. Why do you keep doing this?
Seriously, is it just to make a point, but of what kind. You are not clear nor concise.

I have yet to read that mohamed treated people with justice.

Jesus was using a metaphor he called no one a dog!!!

Why dont you come back when you have a grip on what christianity really is. And learn who Jesus really is , I am not saying that you have to believe it at all, but even an atheist person can respect the fact that we believe Jesus is God. They dont believe it but they at least respect it.
And maybe people will take you more seriously.
You make these claims and use our bible to ascertain yourself in thinking that we have it all wrong because of ONE word come on now guy.

The Koran is full of racist passages, especially against the jews and non-jews, christians and poeple that will not submit to islam and its twisted ways, does that not connect with your memory?
 
God isn’t racist. he loves all his created. and desires all to be saved. Can we agree on this statement?

as christians, we believe that even if God desires such salvation, He will not impose His will on us. but rather offers us the most loving and compassiate of promises. He will bring us into community with Him if we humble ourselves before Him. (can be explained more fully).
i am a person who struggles with pride and arrogance. i pray
God in his mercy will correct me using whatever means nessicary (ie. dog.) in order for me to humble myself before him. only then can i realized the compassion of God
if this didn’t help ignore it and look to God to soften your heart to the gospel in another way

There is no need for Christians ever to reference the Hebrew Bible.
