Who children of Adam and Eve married to procreate?

The Bible tells that Adam and Eve had many children but who did these children marry in order for procreation to begin? After Cain killed Abel and left, who did he find to marry?

On EWTN, I understood a priest to say that in very old times, incest was punishable by death, so this adds to my question.
