would the second coming of christ really be a theif and a heroin addict at one point in his life?

if you read the article that guy who claims to be god was a theif and a heroin addict. you would think that God would be better than that.

“When people stop believing in God, they don’t worship a nothing; they will worship anything.” If G.K. Chesterton didn’t actually say that, he should have!

I’m gonna credit you, conan025, for this quote! Nice job!👍

I think the part that really got me was:

During an interview, he showed off a diamond-encrusted Rolex to a CNN crew and said he has three just like them. He travels in armored Lexuses and BMWs, he says, for his safety. All are gifts from his devoted followers.

Why on earth would God need a watch let alone a diamond encrusted Rolex or three? Why does he need an armored vehicle?

Does he feed the poor? Does he heal the sick? Does he visit those in jail?

You shall know the false ones by the fruits of their works!

I don’t care how friendly this guys is coming out as…anyone…ANYONE…who claims to be God and wants to close down every church because his is THE church is dangerous…you’ll see…it may take years but you’ll see eventually…people like this do not end their lives in total peace and harmony…it hasn’t happened. What sucks too is that this guy is Puerto Rican…just like me…

What a shame. Jesus said that false messiahs and false prophets would come and decieve many, so you know, all this guy is doing is confirming the words of the one True God…Jesus of Nazereth…Amen.

I’ve heard of this guy before. I want to know what he’s smokin’.

I was listening to the radio this morning and last week, and there seems to be a guy who claims to be Jesus Christ. He’s about 60 some years old and he is scamming people. He gets money from them to “fund” God’s work, and he’s driving a ferrari or lamborghini (can’t remember which) and has very expensive jewelry.

Scam? He says he is not Jesus of Nazareth, he’s Jesus Christ son of man…

Any thoughts? (As soon as I find a link to this I’ll post it).

His name is Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda…

Oh, and I forgot to mention he and his folowers tattoo the number 666 on them.

I think something on this was posted before, but I was just so appalled I had to see what people had to say.

Well usually pple who has low self esteem and are guillble will tends to believe this man. But i believe, God will have mercy to those members for the problem is not them

Sounds convincing to me!

Oh, excuse me. Gotta go. The spaceship has arrived again.

I was watching “Primetime: the Outsiders” this evening and stumbled upon this which, frankly, enraged me.
I don’t know if I’m the last one to find out, but I didn’t see other threads about this, so I wanted to post this.

Has anyone heard of a guy named Jose Louis de Jesus Marianda? This link of a CNN report on this guy should clear things up for you: The Fraud Interviewed. See the lies for yourselves.

I can’t beleive this guy! Let me make a list of why I think there is NO WAY he could POSSIBLY be Jesus:
  1. If he were Jesus, he wouldn’t keep his riches. He’d give to the poor. All that stuff he has could be so easily given away, but he keeps his greedy hands on them, saying it would hurt the people-who-gave-him-the-stuff’s feelings. BULL! If they cared about the poor, they’d be happy if he did that.
  2. “[Jesus] will come again in GLORY to JUDGE the living and the dead”(-The Nicene Creed). Not as some ex-criminal who nobody knew about until the news got into it. If Jesus really came, we would definitly know it.
  3. THIS GUY IS THE BIGGEST BLASPHEMER I HAVE EVER HEARD OF! NO ONE, especially him, could be greater than the true Jesus Christ. And the fact that he said he was greater than Him says that they are seperate people and he is NOT Jesus. And don’t even get me started on his claiming that there is no such thing as sin…
  4. “I don’t do miracles because the new covenant is based on teaching and expanding the church.” (-The Imposter) I say(excuse my French), bull****. You won’t do them because you CAN’T 'less Satan helps you.
  5. The guy can’t make up his mind whether he’s a decendant of Paul, or if he’s Jesus. I say neither.
  6. This sound SO MUCH like the Taiping Rebellion in China… it’s not even funny… (look it up if you don’t know what that is. It’s pretty funny and interesting.)
  7. “I will never die!”(-The Imposter) Oh really…? Let’s test that. A million bucks says that if I shot you with my dad’s shotgun, you’d drop dead faster than you can blasphamise (sp?)… and at the very least, I’m a good 40-50 years younger than you, so I’ll be able to see if you age and die or not.
  8. Some things that were left out of the CNN version that Primetime covered and made a big deal out of, was that he and his “followers” use the number 666 for their sign! I forgot the reason why, but they tattoo it all over themselves!
To any who might or have strayed and followed this man, I leave you with this:

“Jesus said to them in reply, ‘See that no one decieves you. For many will come in my name, saying, “I am the Messiah,” and they will decieve many.’” - Matt 24:4-5

“[The beast] forced all the people…to be given a stamped image on their right hand or their forehead, so that no one could buy or sell except one who had the stamped image of the beast’s name or number that stood for its name. Wisdom is needed here; one who understands can calculate the number of the beast, for it is a number that stands for a MAN. His number is 666.” -Rev 13:16-18 (Look back at my Reason #8…)

This is all I can think of for right now.

Anyone else have something to say about this sacraligious fraud? Please do.

He is a joke. Don’t take him seriously. We know who the real Jesus is. He is in Heaven sitteth at the Right Hand of the Father.

A complete joke.

I went searching some more and found the reason for the 666 if anyone’s interested…

Whatever this guy is doing, I’ve a feeling it’s going to end very, very badly. As in Jonestown bad.
