Who is “we” in the St Michael prayer

When the prayer says “May God rebuke him, we humbly pray.” is this meaning to say that Catholics in general are praying for this or is St. Michael praying with us to rebuke satan?
 
We are all parts of the same body, the Church, we pray as one… in unity, just like we do with the Lord’s Prayer, Our Father.
 
The entire Church is praying. Same as the “Give US this day our daily bread and forgive US our trespasses as WE forgive those who trespass against US” in the Our father.
