Blah. Just touching his stuff makes me feel dirty. I feel so sad for him, that he has all those horrible thoughts in his head all day long.

I wonder if it isn’t a little bit like constantly being “high” on that neuro-toxin the Scarecrow poisoned everyone with in “Batman Begins”.

I did some wandering around the Web a while ago on the subject of the KJO movement, and lots of people with doctorates in theology believe so. Oh well. It’s a weird subject anyway. The KJO position is hardly worth rebutting, except that there still are people defending it out there. Until 2004, maybe even 2005, I’d never heard a KJO argument, so I had no reason to pay attention to rebuttals of them. I guess it all seems exotic to me. I met someone who said she read no other version back in about 2002, but I just thought it was a matter of taste.

I first came across his stuff back in 1988. I somehow ended up with a copy of his comic “Alberto.” Not knowing anything about catholicism back then, I believed it!!! Shame on me.
