According to the bible, muslims are the antichrist, or at the very least they do his bidding, since they claim the Jesus is not the Son of God who has come in the flesh.

The bible has warned us ahead of time that this is true.

Are you suggesting that the Bible predicted Islam by some 600 years? There were no Muslims in the time of Christ. The Bible predates Islam by somehwere around 300 years. I have never heard this before.

yes it does. but not only that because at the time that those scriptures were written (before 100A.D.) there were already some who made that similar claim.

Muslims believe it is Gabriel because Muhammad claimed it was Gabriel who gave him these revelations. But just because they claim it’s Gabriel doesn’t mean it was really him who came to Muhammad. We can look at simple discrepancies such as the comfort he gave to Mary when he announced the good news compared to the pain, fear, and trembling he gave to Muhammad according to the Qur’an. Indeed, the latter seems to be more like an instance of demon possession than anything else.

I think the anti-Christ, insofar as it will be a person, and not a generic term describing anything hostile to Christ, will be an American politician. I also think he will come from within the Christian tradition, not outside of it.

I think the “false prophet” has already been, a man whom I think God expected to be a martyr to reform the church, just as his Lord and nearly all the apostles were martyrs, but who instead took political refuge with a couple of mercenary princes. The result was a bitterly divided church, with political figures being given control of their national churches, millions of deaths at the hands of Christians killing other Christians all over Western Europe, and a legacy of mistrust and bitterness which persists to this day.

My reasons -

The US is the only nation with a worldwide military power sufficient to impose its will wherever it wants. It has the leading technology, and even now air force officers drop bombs on Afghan tribesman piloted by joystick at Edwards Air Force base.

I think terrorism and economic collapse will force, or invite, an American dictatorship. My old Protestant pastor commented, “It might even be good at first, by eventually everything would have to be done for America”.

The US has a choice. With its colossal debt, and insatiable appetite for oil and energy, it can either be eventually resigned to losing its economic and military supremacy to China and India, or it can seize world wide power while it still has the lead. It will of course need some excuse to do so.

And I’ve got a feeling this scenario is closer than we think. The devil didn’t appear in the smoke of 9/11 for nothing. He’s cooking something up.

The Anti-Christ can be American, Chinese or even Indian or European…but what is really important is this person will DENY THE DEITY OF CHRIST, and that marks the hallmark of the Anti-Christ - he/she denies that Jesus is the Son of God.

If a meat has been dedicated to islam’s allah, I specifically and strongly suggest that christians do not eat of it.

Nowadays, almost anything is termed halal as long as it does not have ‘piggy’ ingredients in them. Many have nothing to do with islam. For example, some types of grains/seeds and even fruit suppliers put the halal label on their products for selling in muslim markets.

When I see one of these, I just remove the label, give thanks to God and eat of it. Because I know that its merely a label affiliated with an evil religion. I just dump the label into some rubbish dump.

BUT. There will come a time when those without the halal insignia will be prohibited from trading. This is in accordance to the prophesy in the book of Revelations regarding the sign of the Beast. And that time, mankind must make an effort to stand for (rejecting the halal sign) or against God (by accepting the halal sign).
