Could you tell me who the Little Flower is and why she has that name?
 
The “Little Flower” is St. Therese of Lisieux (1873-1897), a nineteenth-century French Carmelite nun who became famous for her spiritual memoir Story of a Soul. She is called the “Little Flower” because she referred to herself as such in her memoir, in reference to her own littleness in the garden of God.
