So far as I know, there isn’t one. But a good candidate to “adopt” as a patron might be St. John Bosco, who as a young boy would put on circus performances for local youth and “charge” them a catechesis lesson for admission. Another possibility is Bl. Miguel Pro, who was somewhat of a daredevil in his youth, and grew up to be an underground priest who took great risks to bring the sacraments to Mexican Catholics suffering persecution.
The point here is that there are many modern activities that have not yet been officially assigned patron saints. Catholics familiar with the stories of the saints can seek out saints with similar life experiences and ask that saint for intecession. And that is, in fact, how patronage is assigned in the Church. Groups of Catholics start praying to a holy person whose life experience they know matches their need, and if the Church eventually canonizes that person, the Church may officially assign patronage based on pre-existing devotions.
