Who is this Pope Michael?

I found a web site in which someone claims to be Pope Michael. Who is he, really?
 
David Bawden (“Pope Michael”) was a sedevacantist (someone who believes the papal throne is currently vacant) until he and a few friends decided to solve the situation by calling for their own conclave. Unsurprisingly, Bawden was “elected” pope. In reality, he is merely an antipope who thinks he is the real pope.
