The greatest apologist in my view is Jim Licoudis.

He knocks spots of the rest. He is very industrious as a prolific writer and fighter for the faith. Go on line and see for yourself. Just type in the search engine ‘Jim Licoudis’. It is astonishing.

A saint surely in his own lifetime 🙂

These are my favorites.

Jimmy Akin
Tim Staples
Steve Ray
John Martignoni
Karl Keating
Peter Kreft
Mark Shea
Marcus Grodi

God Bless,
Deb

These are mine, in no particular order.

Thomas Aquinas
C.S. Lewis
Tim Staples
Scott Hahn
Peter Kreeft
Stephen K. Ray

The only book I have read that was apologetic was: Scott Hahn’s Home Sweet Rome. I liked it. He is the only catholic apologist that I am familiar with.

So I vote for him. 🙂

Well, all of the above - well most of the above - but last night, March 19, I saw Journey Home with Marcus Grodi. He did NOT do his normal gracious walk through the journey to Rome with others but, instead, he spoke about the Four Witnesses. From his heart he all but begged we listen to the Early Church Fathers and hear with our ears what we must know and we must be prepared to share with others. He did such a beautiful and a powerful teaching - knocked the wind out of me - as I am sure he did many others. His quote by St. Augustine about not ever (no never, not ever for any reason) leaving the Church was powerful - I could hardly breathe when he finished. Catch him this week and pray for him!!! Make sure you tivo him it is slow moving but so very powerful. His closing broke my heart as I need so much to be that strong - strong as St. Augustine and share this statement with others.

This week, in no special order :

Kreeft
Pascal
CS Lewis
GK Chesterton
