Who knows anything about the stim pkg?

Does anyone here have any facts about the new stimulus package? I’ve been researching it and have found such different information I don’t know what to believe! The most frequent amound I have found is $5,000. Could that possibly be right? Does anyone here follow the political sect enough to have some good information for us? thanks! twk
 
Until each house of Congress actually presents a Bill (House and Senate) no one knows anything specific and definite.

There have been many ideas tossed about and many numbers thrown out. That does not mean that any of these things will actually be in whatever package the Congress votes on.

www.foxnews.com has a section on the proposed tac cuts Obama is considering to try to get support for a stimulus package as well as some other articles on the stimulus package.

Regarding your $5,000 number-- what are you referring to?
