Who made God?

This was asked in 6th grade (age11) CCD. Is there an easy way to answer this other than… God is infinite etc… which doesn’t seem to register.

Hi,

Answer simply. No one made God. God is the only one who was not made. This who God is. There is no one like Him. He always was. We don’t understand this because everything we have ever seen was made and had a beginning. But God is greater than what we can imagine.
