Who made this version of Ave Maris Stella

As with many traditional Catholic hymns, there are about a million versions of Ave Maris Stella, by Grieg, Monteverdi, Liszt, etc. I am wondering if anyone knows the composer of this version:

I know it says it is sung by the Daughters of Mary, but are they also the ones who composed it or was it by someone else?

It is attributed to St. Bernard of Clairveaux
according to the video title.

The words, as GLam8833 points out, are by St. Bernard of Clairveaux, but I doubt the music is.

The second verse (Sumens illud Ave…) is the standard chant (Mode I), which you can see here: sheetmusicfox.com/images/100700.png
