Who may pray the Liturgy Of the Hours?

Are the prayers, the Liturgy of the Hours, prayers that anyone can say or are they just for priests and other clergy?
 
Hi,

The Liturgy of the Hours is also call “the Prayer of the Church” which means that it belongs to all Catholics. The more people who pray in this way, the better.
