Who performs miracles in the OT?

When miracles were performed in the OT, was it just the Father doing it or were all three persons acting in concert? Is it correct to say that Jesus performed miracles in the OT?

St. Paul himself tells us that the Rock that followed the Israelites through the desert (the one that Moses struck twice) giving them water was Christ.

But to answer your question, no part of the Trinity is found without the other Two. I found this in Vinny Flynn’s 7 Secrets of the Eucharist:

Using the principle of consubstantiality, the Church teaches that each person of the Trinity is consubstantial with the others, meaning that the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit are of the same divine nature or substance. As the Catechism explains:

The Trinity is One. We do not confess three Gods, but one God in three persons, the "consubstantial Trinity." The divine persons do not share one divinity among themselves but each of them is God whole and entire. #253

To this teaching, the Church adds the principle of circumincession: the mutual presence of the three Divine persons in one another — each is present in each other without ceasing to be distinct.
