Who rocks harder

Led Zepplin.
Although they are not my favorite metal band. 🙂 But of the available choices…

Yes I tend to think Led Zeppelin although it’s a hard call to make because AC/DC’s music is so relentlessly loud and simple and high-tempo, that I don’t think I could listen to an entire album in one sitting. I could and have listened to a Led Zeppelin album in one sitting, I would even enjoy it, but I think that’s because there’s more variety on a Led Zeppelin album and more musical artistry on display. That may undercut the case for them being more hard-rocking however.

Ultimately I think Led Zeppelin’s music is wilder and looser than that of AC/DC so that’s the deciding factor for me.

And again, and again, and again… They don’t have anything close to skill when compared to Zeppelin.
 
Zeppelin by a long shot, but now that Axl is singing in AC/DC, the gap is considerably smaller.
 
I prefer AC/DC to Zeppelin but the latter is the more musically diverse. Personally I prefer Black Sabbath, Hendrix and Deep Purple to Zeppelin. Not sure why, but always did.

Of course, Electric Wizard makes all of them look like a polka band. 😃
 
Led Zeppelin. AC/DC always had a self-parodic element to their music. 🙂

I can only listen to so much AC/DC, even now. When I was younger, my best friend would play AC/DC over and over again when we would be out in her car–on her car’s cassette player. She was on an AC/DC kick for awhile. 😛

I can still hear, “I’m back in blaacckkk…” 😃
 
Come to think of it, I don’t like either vocalist - they both sing high and screechy like banshees. But if I had to chose I would go with Robert Plant.

Motorhead, without a doubt. Motorhead/Revended Hortan Heat was the most fun I had at a concert.

Electric Wizard is great, but its hard to say the rock. They more just fall on top of you with crushing heaviness.

…I need to listen to Come My Fanatics sometime soon.
