Who was the first Pope to condemn Spiritualism and Ouija boards

They both became popular in the 19th century so was this when the Church first condemned them?
 
The Church has always condemned mediums and communicating with spirits. It’s in the Bible. Popes don’t need to make a statement about it.
 
The prohibition on “calling up the dead” and divination has been in place since way back in the Old Testament. King Saul angers God by (among other things) consulting a spiritualist.
Such things have always been around even though maybe the device the spiritualist uses might vary.
And the Church has always condemned them.

I agree that the temptation to gain power by calling on unseen powers is a very old one.
