Who were the last Jewish priest and first Jewish Rabbi?

Why don’t you check Wikipedia under the headings of Rabbi and Jewish Priest? As far as I know, the last High Priest must have been around the time of the destruction of the Temple in 70 CE. The first Rabbi would probably have been c. 200 CE, as part of the Sanhedrin. I don’t know the specific names.
