Who would be a good patron saint for me?

I am looking for a saint for my First Communion. I am 35-years-old and I am very new at this. I would like to find someone who devoted his or her life to helping people. I am an administrator for an Alzheimer’s facility and, for the past eighteen years, I have worked for the elderly.
