Let’s say there’s going to a movie about your life. What actor or actress would play you? How come?

(Forty-some years ago I told my wife “Walter Brennan” for me. Funny at the time but I seem to be aging into it.)

A few years ago, a friend of mine said if they ever made a movie about my life that Gwyneth Paltrow should play me. 😃

:hmmm:

I’m gonna have to go for a “combination” actress:

3 parts Sandra Bullock
1 part Bette Midler
1 part Lucille Ball
1 part Katharine Hepburn
and 1 part Ingrid Bergman

What can I say? I am a unique and complex modern woman :curtsey:

Katharine Hepburn because I am independent and go my own way, within reason. I’m not “needy.” I have naturally black hair, though, and when I don’t lighten it to brown, I look more like Catherine Zeta Jones, but I don’t have her personality at all, so I’ll proudly go with Katharine.

I’ve heard that in heaven everyone will be famous. Maybe we’ll each have a movie about ourselves.

.

I actually ran Google’s reverse image and the closest (I think) is Vincent D’Onofrio before he put on all the weight.

I just asked my wife and she said Jimmy Stewart, God bless her. Thirty-one years of marriage has obviously impaired her vision.

debra winger or cher are the first two names that pop into my head.

I got mistaken for Bryan Cranston by strangers twice in my life. (The Malcolm in the Middlle version, not the shaved head Breaking Bad version).

David Spade. This topic came up at a party I once attended and everyone said he would be the perfect choice.

A film about me?

Who would produce or watch it?
Kind of my thinking. Whoever plays me is gonna have to be a no-name willing to work for free, 'cuz that movie isn’t going to sell many tickets.
