“Babylon” in those days was Christian code for “Rome,” which was personified by the Emperor (and not by the Roman bishop of a tiny, outlawed religion.)

Revelation was written duing the Second Imperial Persecution, Domitian’s Persecution. Domitian was so like Nero in many respects there was a legend, “Nero Revividus” that Domitian was Nero come to life. A good deal of the symbology of Revelation plays on that legend, including the Number of the Beast and the healed wound in the Beast’s neck (Nero committed suicide that way.)

Ask if they can interpret Rev.10/4 .
They have to look at the rule in Rev.22/18

If they can not they are false.Sorry for not seeing this sooner but I was busy .walt2000

And Islam could be the false prophet,the anti Christ,They are anti Christ, as we think of him. they think of him as a prophet, but that is just speculation . he is occupying the holy place of the jew. walt2000
 
Whore of Babylon to me is religion .It started as a white horse and man made it become Babel ,but the White Horse wins in the end…walt2000
 
Religion ,The Seven Thunder start with a White Horse ,and a crown, and ends with a White Horse , and crowns (plural ) he wins.Or if you want to call it the bride of Christ.walt2000
