Who's in charge of the Church during Conclave?

I haven’t been able to find a straight answer from the internet, and still unsure of who is in charge of the Church when there is a Conclave. Does anyone here know who looks after the administration of Church during the choosing of the Pope?
 
And not only the conclave, but during the entire interregnum.
