Whose Church used the revised Good Friday Prayer?

Out of curiosity, which communities officially adopted the revised prayer? Did anyone attend a traditional Good Friday Service here? (I couldn’t, because my Church only offers it Sundays)

Holy Family in Columbus, Ohio used the revised prayer.

The Priestly Fraternity of St Peter apostolate at St Andrew’s RC Chruch, Ravelston, Edinburgh did. I served each day, and am knackered! 😛
