Why are only married Lutheran & Anglican clergy allowed to become priests and keep their wives?

I know that there are some circumstances where married Lutherans and Anglican clergy join the church and become priests. Why is that only open to those denominations? What if a married Baptist clergyman wanted to convert and become a priest. Why would he be excluded automatically while it’s still possible for Lutherans and Anglicans?

A few married United Methodist clergy have been allowed to become priests.
