My reaction was to “TheMC” stating that a preist could refuse the sacrament. I am dealing with a situation in where someone was denied a sacrament, and it is a very serious charge.
As I said, I was not aware of this statement, which does indeed say that a preist also has an option, which I am guessing has something to do with the “suspicion” surrounding priests these days.
